Cindy has been in the catering business for over 20 years and has spent more than 10 of them with Chef's Choice. Cindy is responsible for coordinating the execution of details for each individual event. She has overseen events of private social gatherings with guest counts of as little as 10 to large corporate and social events of 10,000.

Adrienne Fitz
Senior Event Specialist
Adrienne comes to Chef’s Choice Catering with over seven years of hospitality and event planning experience. She attended Tiffin University, receiving a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality Management. She began her hospitality career at the Shoreby Club in Cleveland, Ohio. While attending Tiffin University, Adrienne and her classmates created the Hospitality Club as well as a series of dining etiquette seminars. After college graduation, she worked at the InterContinental Hotel & Conference Center in Cleveland before relocating to Cincinnati. Adrienne enjoys creating unique and memorable events from intimate dinner parties to extravagant weddings.
Erin Hammer
Event Specialist
Erin comes to Chef’s Choice Catering from Carmel, Indiana where she started in the hospitality industry over eleven years ago. She began her career working in a 5-star restaurant in Indianapolis and later moved on to help run and manage a learning café as well as small and large catering events Purdue University, where she holds her Bachelors Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. She later worked as a corporate meeting planner before moving to Cincinnati. Erin enjoys working with brides to create unique and elegant weddings as well as working with large and small corporate events.
Kristie Lacher
Sales Assistant
Prior to joining Chef’s Choice Catering, Kristie attended Mount Union College where she holds a B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics. She had previously worked as an Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO of a local insurance brokerage firm. Her current duties at Chef’s Choice are as a sales assistant. Among many responsibilities she is charged with providing support and assistance to the Director of Sales and Marketing and Event Specialists.
Lauren Rueve
Administrative Assistant
Lauren just recently graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Before joining Chef's Choice Catering, Lauren worked at the Art of Entertaining where she helped with corporate and private events. At Chef's Choice Catering, Lauren's responsibilities are as receptionist and part-time sales. In addition to these responsibilities, Lauren assists the Director of Sales & Marketing as well as the Event Specialists. Lauren looks forward to helping out with each event!
